The best AI tooling is open-source and runs on hardware you already own — but it's scattered across GitHub gists, Discord links, and dead forum threads. Keys To The Kingdom is a flat, fast directory for finding it.

Every entry is a public blueprint: a description, a hardware budget, a paste-and-run terminal command, and one or more decentralized links (IPFS hash, magnet, or homepage). Nothing is locked behind a signup.

When a decentralized link goes dark, the community flags it. When a new tool lands, anyone can add it. No moderators, no premium tier, no gatekeeping.
